Buying for several leaders?
We'll set PROOF up for your team, quote it, and invoice your organization. The person who arranges it can see each sponsored leader's full report, and every leader gets a private debrief first. Once three or more of your leaders finish, we can also show you a team picture.
Questions leaders ask
How long does it take my raters?
About 15 minutes. They rate 36 statements by how often they saw you do each one, then answer two short written questions.
Who should I invite?
Eight to twelve people who have worked with you for at least three months within the last six months. Aim for at least three peers and three direct reports, plus your manager or board if you have one.
Will I know who said what?
No. Answers are stored apart from names, and you see results by group. If fewer than three people respond in a group, their answers are combined with another group first. Written comments are lightly edited only to remove details that would identify someone.
Can my employer see my report?
If you buy PROOF yourself, the report is yours and you decide who sees it. If your organization arranges it, the person who arranged it sees the full report too, and you and your raters are told that before anyone answers.
How is this different from the free POS assessments?
The free assessments are answered by one person about the organization. PROOF is answered by the people around you, about you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund until your first invitation goes out. After that the work has started, so purchases can't be refunded.
