Where is leadership actually operating here?
Thirty-two questions, about nine minutes — or sixteen questions and about five, if nobody reports to you. Every question asks what has happened rather than how strongly you agree with something, because you can inflate an agreement scale and you cannot invent a memory.
It reports four lenses — Influence, Presence, Candor and Development — and it never averages them. Your stage is your lowest lens, not your overall picture.
Before you start
We do not ask who you are to take this. Your result appears on this page when you finish, and you can stop there. If you ask for it by email at the end, we hold your name, your address and your result so that we can send it and so that a later one can be compared with it — and it is never handed to your organization. They see the group picture only, and any group too small to stay unidentifiable is combined with a larger one first.
That is the whole reason this is worth taking honestly: the gap between what leadership sees and what everybody else sees is the most useful thing it produces, and it only shows up if you answer straight.
