Values Optimization Assessment
Thirty-two questions at most, and most people answer sixteen. Every question asks what has happened rather than how strongly you agree with something â which is why it takes about five minutes and why the result is worth reading.

What this means
Keep your results
The PDF and the printed page are made here on your device. Emailing a copy sends your result to us so that we can send it back to you.
What happens to your answers.
Confidential, not anonymous â and the difference matters. If you ask for your result by email, we hold your name, your address and your result. We know who you are. We do not tell your employer, and we never will.
Why we keep it. It is how your organization gets its overall picture, how you can take this again later and see what moved, how your access to anything you go on to use works, and how we know the scoring itself is calibrated properly.
What your employer sees is the group picture, never you. Individual answers are never handed over, and any group too small to stay unidentifiable is folded into a larger one before anyone sees it.
Add your name and email and we will send your result. We keep it to ourselves â your employer only ever sees group patterns, never you.
Your result is held against your name so we can send it and so a later one can be compared. We never share it with your organization. Unsubscribe any time.
