Values Optimization Assessment

Thirty-two questions at most, and most people answer sixteen. Every question asks what has happened rather than how strongly you agree with something — which is why it takes about five minutes and why the result is worth reading.

Your answers are confidential. Your employer sees the group picture only — never your individual answers — and any group too small to stay unidentifiable is folded into a larger one first. Nothing identifies you while you take it; if you ask for your result by email at the end, we hold your name and your result so we can send it, and we never hand that to your employer. That is the whole reason this is worth taking: the gap between what leadership sees and what everybody else sees is the most useful thing it produces, and it only shows up if you answer honestly.

What happens to your answers.

Confidential, not anonymous — and the difference matters. If you ask for your result by email, we hold your name, your address and your result. We know who you are. We do not tell your employer, and we never will.

Why we keep it. It is how your organization gets its overall picture, how you can take this again later and see what moved, how your access to anything you go on to use works, and how we know the scoring itself is calibrated properly.
