Forty-two questions, ten to fifteen minutes. Thirty are about you. Twelve are about the people you work alongside β and the gap between those two is the part most instruments cannot see. Every question asks what has happened rather than how strongly you agree with something, which is why the result is worth reading.
Take as long as you want on each one. Some people are through this in ten minutes and some take twenty-five, and that difference is about how you are wired rather than how well you are doing. There is no prize for speed.
